When you create an Availon account, we collect:

As an Availon business customer, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to contact your customers via SMS. Availon sends messages to end customers on your behalf when they initiate contact by calling your business number.
We automatically process opt-out requests. When an end customer replies STOP or similar keywords, we immediately cease sending messages to that number and record their opt-out status in our system.
AI-generated message content is created in real-time using Anthropic's Claude AI. Message content is stored in our secure database and accessible to the business account owner through their dashboard.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Availon is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
